Delivery time
Your parcel will be delivered to you within the specified delivery time, depending on your location. We send our parcels by Swiss Post or DHL, depending on the delivery location. You may have to sign for receipt. If you are not present when delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a card with instructions on how to collect the parcel. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not resend your parcel if you have been unable to collect it.
Returns
As this is a dietary supplement, the product cannot be returned unless there are clear defects in the product.
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of products in the Beyond Age AG online store and to all information, documents, graphics, films, music and/or all other services provided to you in the online store or by Beyond Age.
Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
Your order constitutes an offer to beyondage.life to conclude a purchase contract. When you place an order with Beyond Age, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. A purchase contract is only concluded when you have paid and we have dispatched the ordered product to you.
If the goods are not available despite acceptance of your order, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we undertake to inform you immediately of the unavailability of the ordered goods and will refund the purchase price immediately if your credit card, PayPal account or bank account has already been debited. Order quantities must correspond to normal household quantities.
The drawings, illustrations, pictures, specifications, technical data, weight, dimension and performance descriptions shown by Beyond Age are non-binding and deviations from the final product may occur. We reserve the right to make product changes.
In order to make full use of the Beyond Age Shop, including adding items to the shopping cart and the payment process, you must set your browser to allow both cookies and pop-ups.
The Beyond Age Shop is operated by Beyond Age AG, a company officially registered under Swiss law with the following address: Beyond Age AG, Steinbrüchelstrasse 36, CH-8053 Zurich.
Contributions
If you send ideas, comments, questions, data, pictures, graphics or similar to the Beyond Age Shop, these become the exclusive property of Beyond Age AG. The submissions will be considered non-confidential and we will use or disclose them in any way without obligation or notice to you. The Submissions or any other type of information you send to us shall not be offensive, pornographic, defamatory, blasphemous, unlawful or in violation of any existing law, whether civil, criminal or religious, or consist of any such material. You acknowledge that everything you submit is your property and that you have not copied it in whole or in part from a third party. Please do not send us anything that needs to be kept confidential.
Retention of title
We retain title to the purchased item until all claims arising from the delivery contract have been paid in full.
Warranty for defects and liability
For all products that can be purchased in the Beyond Age Shop, the warranty period in unopened condition is 1 month from the day on which the goods leave our premises. The warranty period only applies to products that are clearly defective. In warranty cases, the products must be returned directly to Beyond Age. The costs for return shipments shall be borne by the customer. The warranty covers all defects occurring within the agreed warranty period, provided that these are demonstrably caused by poor material or faulty manufacture. Liability is, however, limited to replacement or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods at the discretion of the guarantor. any further claims by the purchaser are excluded.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated confidentially. The data required for business transactions are stored and only passed on to affiliated companies within the framework of order processing.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has set up a website for online dispute resolution between businesses and consumers (ODR platform), which can be accessed athttp://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Beyond Age is prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings at a consumer arbitration board.
